  • ● Samples damaged during transportation (must be inspected upon receipt and photographed for evidence)

Non-Returnable Cases

  • ● Regular free samples without quality issues (no need to return after testing)
  • ● Samples that have been used, disassembled, soldered, or damaged
  • ● Custom samples produced according to confirmed requirements and without quality issues
  • ● Samples exceeding the return application deadline (7 working days after receipt)

Return process: Contact customer service to explain return reason → Provide relevant proof materials → Customer service reviews → Confirm return address → Send back samples → Inspection and processing (refund/replacement)
